Robyn's Diary (cont)

Monday, 27th August

Today, we went back to Fishguard again as Granddad wanted to get a better picture of Lower Town.  We walked along some of the Marine Walk and saw where my Great Grandma was born.  We ate our picnic by the river and I went paddling.


Tuesday, 28th August

Today, we went to Newgale with our picnic.  We went in the sea and I had a go on my surf board.  The water was quite cold so Grandma said I should have a wet suit.  Here is a picture of me paddling.

Wednesday, 29th August

Today, I went riding at Nolton.  I met a little girl called Isabel who was with her Mummy.  Isabel had never been riding before.  I was riding a pony called Aster.  Grandma tried to take a picture of Isabel with the digital camera but it didn't come out. Here are some pictures of me and Aster:-

Thursday, 30th August

This morning, we went to try and buy a wet suit for me and also one for Granddad.  We went to two different shops but they didn't have our sizes.  We had lunch at The Jolly Sailor and then went to Newgale.  I walked up the coastal path with Grandma.

Friday, 31st August

Granddad went to the doctor and Grandma took me to the park to wait for him.  When he came back, we went to see Tyler, Ruby and Jack.  We took them some of the gingerbread biscuits that we made.  They had their names on them.  Then we went to Newgale.  It was quite cold so we didn't swim but I walked along the beach with Grandma and I paddled in the stream.  When it was time to go home, we went to see Mr Creemy for an ice cream.  I had a choc mint chip one and it was the best that I've ever tasted.  Mr Creemy was very kind, he put a Flake in my ice cream as it was my last day.
